You can register for one of Dr Soin’s outreach liver clinics and consult him at Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Ludhiana, Chennai, Bangalore and Yangon (Myanmar).
Who should register?
Persons residing in and around these cities who are suffering one of the following conditions: Chronic liver disease or cirrhosis of any cause (eg Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Alcoholic cirrhosis, Wilson’s Disease, Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis, Primary Biliary Cirrhosis, Cryptogenic or NAFLD or NASH related cirrhosis)
Children with biliary atresia, Wilson’s disease, hepatoblastoma, cirrhosis, metabolic liver disease
Liver cancer or cyst
Gall bladder cancer
Bile duct cancer or biliary stricture
Pancreatic or periampullary cancer
Procedure
New patients
- Register
- E-mail Dr Soin your recent LFT, Serum creatinine, CBC, Na, K, Prothrombin time (PT), Ultrasound (US) of the abdomen reports, along with any other relevant documents/CT scan report/medical summary/discharge summary of a previous hospital admission.
You will be able to consult Dr Soin at the city of your choice within 4-6 weeks of registering. You will be e-mailed/telephoned the confirmation of your appointment one week prior to the clinic, with an intimation of the venue, date and time of appointment. Once your clinic appointment is fixed, you will be required to deposit a part of the consultation fee in advance and the remaining at the time of the consultation. The advance fee will be refunded/carried over to the next clinic should the scheduled clinic have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Follow up patients - All the SGRH post-liver transplant follow up patients will also be informed imated about the clinic arrangements in their vicinity a week in advance. They are welcome to attend the clinics with their fresh test reports.
