According to the specialists of Liver Transplant India, there are two major types of fatty liver disease. The first is alcohol-induced while the other is the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Fatty liver disease affects a large number of people all over the world. Eventually, the disorder leads to liver failure. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease affects those who lead a sedentary lifestyle and eat highly processed foods all the time. One of the primary ways to treat this disease, regardless of type, is the diet. The name of this disease should be suggestive enough. You have too much fat in your liver. It’s a disorder that prevents this organ to work as it should. You can, however, get rid of the fat accumulated in your liver if you consume the following foods.

2. Green vegetables: Health experts say that broccoli can help prevent fat from accumulating in the liver. If you eat more green vegetables, such as spinach, Brussels sprouts, and kale, then it can also help you reduce excess weight.

3. Tofu: Researchers found that tofu created from soy protein may reduce fat buildup in the liver. Since tofu is rich in protein and low in fat, it’s perfect for you.

4. Fish: Specific fishes contain a lot of fat. However, this fat isn’t unhealthy for you. In reality, fish fat is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids can reduce the fat levels that you accumulated in your liver. It can also bring down inflammation.

5. Oats: Carbohydrates form an important part of your everyday diet. Carbohydrates from whole grains, such as oats can give your body the energy that it needs to function. Their fiber content also fills you up and helps you maintain your weight.

6. Walnuts: Walnuts contain high quantities of omega-3 fatty acids, just like fishes. Researchers found that people with fatty liver disease who eat walnuts managed to improve liver function tests.

7. Avocado: It’s a power-packed fruit that can create a protective shield around your liver. Avocados are full-to-the-brim with healthy fats. Health experts suggest that they contain chemicals that might reduce the rate at which liver damage. They’re also rich in fiber that can help you control weight.

A few other foods

Dairy products contain a lot of whey protein that can protect the liver from incurring further damage. You can also include the seeds of sunflowers into your diet. These seeds are high in vitamin E. It’s an antioxidant that can protect the liver from further damage. If you can include these foods into your diet, then you won’t have to think about the Liver Transplant Cost in India.
